Why We Are Hiring ・In August, we restructured our in-house design team into a full creative agency that handles both internal and external projects, including graphic design, branding, website development, media production and social media content creation. Our team currently includes 10 members from 8 different countries, bringing diverse perspectives and skills. To further complement our team, we are seeking a skilled videographer with expertise in on-site and off-site filming, as well as a strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera angles. In this role, you will use your creativity to produce engaging content with an international team in Kansai, helping Japanese companies promote their products globally. Details ◆Duties Include ・Media Production ・Creative Planning & Directing ・Collaboration (Internal & External clients) ・Post-Production ・Equipment Management ◆Example Day at Work 9~10 Morning routine: Arrive at the office, grab coffee, and review the day’s agenda. Check emails and Slack messages for requests or changes to schedule. 10~12: Head to film location, either on-site or off-site. Set up lighting, cameras, and other necessary equipment, ensuring the setup captures the best angles for product-focused videography. 12~13 Lunch Break: Enjoy lunch in our office’s break room or eat outside the office with your team or other coworkers. 13~14 Meetings/Brainstorming: Meet with the content production team to discuss project progress and upcoming projects. Share insights on filming techniques and identify potential locations and schedules for future shoots. 15~17 Video editing: Finalize edits on video content, ensuring all files are properly saved and organized. Double-check the project management platform (Asana) to update task progress and make note of any follow-up work for the next day. 17~18 Wrap up: Tidy up your workspace, chat with your team and respond to any remaining emails or messages, and prepare for tomorrow. ◆Employment Type ・Permanent Employee (Full Time) *There is a 3-month probationary period. *Salary and benefits remain the same during the probationary period. ◆Working Hours ・Flex time – Core time from 10:00 – 16:00 with up to 2 hours lunch ※During Training※ 9:15 ~ 18:15 *fixed working time required for the first few months due to OJT Two days off per week(Saturday & Sunday) Year end and new years holidays(Dec. 30th ~ Jan 2nd) Total 26 paid days off per year (Increases year over year) ◆Salary ・Based on previous experience and ability ・Bonus twice a year (June and December) ◆Benefits ・Raise once per year ・Transportation Allowance (Up to 30,000 per month) ・Relocation Allowance: ¥100,000 available for applicants relocating to Osaka from outside the Kansai region. ・Overtime Pay (Paid by the minute) ・Complete social insurance (workers’ compensation, employment, health, welfare pension) ・Business casual dress code(No suit required) ・Qualification acquisition support system ・Training system (job-specific, level-specific training) ・In-house club activities (karaoke, day camps, etc.) ・Monthly company events ・Free tea and coffee ・Maternity and Paternity leave Who We Are Looking For ◆Personality ・Individuals with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building with team members, various departments, and external partners. ・Individuals who take a proactive approach to projects, capable of working both independently and as part of a team to achieve project deadlines. ・Individuals who are meticulous, with a keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining quality and consistency across all videography projects. ◆Must Have Skills ・Business level English ・Conversational Japanese (JLPT N3 or better) ※Test not required ・Proficiency with video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom). ・Proven experience as a videographer, with a portfolio showcasing product-related work. ※ Please submit a professional portfolio detailing your work with your application ◆Preferred Skills ・3-5 years experience in videography or product photography ・Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, etc.) ・Experience with e-commerce photography/videography. ・Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera settings, particularly in product-focused setups. ◆Visa requirement ・Applicants must possess a valid visa that permits work or employment in Japan.
